"Location is perfect. Everything that you need to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. The property also have their own restaurant. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. "The We had a good experience with the stay however I didn’t realise (my own fault for not reading the listing properly) that you have to pay an additional fee for the spa and sauna use. We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it. "We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool, dining area and bbq were lovely and the huge gardens were beautiful. The Villa was well equipped, the beds were comfy and all rooms were very spacious. The location was great very close to shops and restaurants and it served as a good base to explore the wider area. A mid-stay clean and towel/linen change would’ve been appreciated- otherwise all absolutely perfect- thank you!"

"It is on the second floor. There are atairs but of course if you want to be in the old town with a lovely view of the streets this is generally the case. Great shower great airconditioning. Two things I always think is important. The bedrooms are separate from the bathroom but it's not really a problem. Great location. You are in the middle of the beautiful old town. "3 day stay was perfect. Palazzo Calo was the best choice , location was perfect and all staff were friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and were attended to by Viviana and Georgia they exceptional hosts . Highly recommend dining at the restaurant, food was amazing. "We stayed here for one night before an early flight out of Bari. The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle service to the airport available 24 hours per day. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. There was a bar and restaurant but we didn’t use them"
