Family vacation
House and area were beautiful and as described in description. Only thing we would have liked was for the house to be on the lake and not as long of a walk. Boardwalk was very nice but was difficult for older adult. Owner was extremely responsive before, during and after our stay.

What a beautiful home! My family and I agreed that it is probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at. We couldn't tell that pets are also allowed inside the property. It had plenty of space for our group of 7. We loved the deck and fire pit. Thank you for the great experience!

Great trip to Vermilion!
Stayed at The Moose Lantern the first weekend in June with 5 others. The cabin was just as advertised and more! Had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We also rented a pontoon from Timbuktu Marina, kept it at the dock and no problem finding it. Will stay here again for sure!

Tiffany was very helpful answering our questions and was communicative during a brief power outage during a thunderstorm. The property was sparkling clean and very well stocked with firewood, games, dishes, linens, etc. The location was very peaceful and private as well. Would recommend staying!

Summer Vacation with Friends
The Moose Lantern was the perfect place for our summer vacation. This home was clean, well stocked and fit 8 people easily. I had a couple questions about boat rentals, arriving early and general questions about the area and received accurate and fast responses from the owner. This place was beautiful and was very neat and tidy. The view was amazing and nestled back in the woods for awesome privacy. The couple that own it was awesome to work with. We had to leave 1 day early because of inclement weather South and they refunded us a night.

Snowmobile trip to Vermillion
Great home with detail for snowmobilers. You walk into lower level from your sleds and the room is made for hanging/drying your gear. Plenty of beds for 8-10 guests. The upstairs is spacious with a great view of Lake Vermillion. Parking is great for several pickups and trailers.
