"Tourneboul Heights, a 4-BR/4-BR home in a quiet private neighborhood in Killarney, had it all: beautiful lake and mountain views from the living room (with wood stove), the study, and 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms, huge eat-in kitchen with island and conveniences (appliances, coffee makers, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.), circular private driveway, utility room with washer/dryer, and a large private yard. Located less than 2-hours from Shannon International Airport, the home served as the perfect launching point for our trips to Killarney Towne Center with its many fabulous restaurants and shops, Ross Castle, Blarney Castle and Blarney Woolen Mills shop, the Dingle Peninsula, and the Iveragh Peninsula (Ring of Kerry) during our most recent Ireland excursion. For those visitors who may be unfamiliar with this area of Ireland, our wonderful hosts, Bernadette and Michael, have prepared a well organized informational package with everything from tourist sight-seeing recommendations and tours, restaurants, local taxi services, and even medical facilities. Procedures for operating the rental heating as well as instruction manuals for appliance operations were also available.
