"This a well maintain home to stay in. The grounds are beautiful that includes a nice fire pit. There are many areas to hike or just sit back on the great porch and watch the deer come in at dusk. The deer came within 15 yards of the porch while we sat watching them. We had a nice picnic by the small waterfall that is near the house."

"We were up in the are for Oktoberfest Race Weekend at Lacrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. Property had everything you needed, as we were not there a ton. Just sleeping and showers. Would be a great place during the summer, with a riverfront back yard, and plenty of space to hang out and have a fire, etc."

The property was beautifully kept, quiet, modern, and they thought of every last design detail when putting this place together. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax"

"We really enjoy this hotel and have gotten the jacuzzi room two times now. We love the woodsy look of the place and the spacious layout. It feels like a getaway even though it's right near the city. The only downside is that you can't light block the shades as they are just blinders to open and close, and I am sensitive to light. In some places in the bathroom the wallpaper is peeling away somewhat. But these are relatively mild criticisms in light of how enjoyable stay it has been for us. "
