The room was clean and young lady at the front desk was very nice. For the most part our stay was fine. We stayed three nights. The first night, the mini split in our room was not working correctly and our room was hot. We could not turn on the air and we did not get much sleep. I put in a comment via Expedia in the middle of the night and as soon as the front desk staff arrived for the morning, they saw the comment and correct the issue. It seems as if it’s controlled by the front desk but once we mentioned it, it wasn’t a problem again. Our last night was a little frustrating. Their quiet hours are posted and communicated during check in. 10pm is when it needs to be quiet. We had a wedding room party two doors down screaming, yelling, playing music super loud etc. In an effort to get in front of the issue, I mentioned to the front desk girl that they were a problem and their behavior was disrespectful to other guests. She said “Oh, yeah, they are a wedding party and quiet time isn’t until 10-10:30” And I said “Well, quiet time is posted in your literature and it’s 10”. She mentioned she would tell them to keep it down. At 10:30….they were still being very loud and disruptive to the other guests in the hotel. I went down again and the young girl said “she called someone to take care of it”. I don’t think she was set up for success in dealing with disruptive guests and had to call in reinforcements. Long story, but yes, the issues that we had were ultimately resolved.
