"Someone obviously put a lot of care into building this place and in cultivating the gardens and grounds, it's really lovely. The concierge, Ricardo goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, he's wonderful. Having said that, he's also a bit short staffed so things are a bit untidy-the gardens need attention, the lobby isn't always picked up but the beauty and tranquility of the location and the pleasant but simple rooms make it worthwhile. "this was a super luxurious place to stay for a night after a long trek. I'd booked a cheap place around the corner but needed hot water and wifi so I splurged on the gloria and it was Glorius."

"Great views over the lake, spacious rooms and Alpacas roaming the grounds. We had a nice stay, the rooms can be little cold as the window seals aren’t great (we were there on a windy night). It is a little further from town than I expected but a taxi to the Main Street is only 10 Bolivianos. Staff were friendly and provided detailed info about the area. "

"Bathrooms could improve a lot from adding some hooks or shelves to leave your stuff. Tje third shower was located within a toilet which is quite unhygienic and unpleasant in my opinion. The hostel does however have its charm. "
