"This hotel was ideal for what I needed. It was really central and easy to get to all areas of the city. The hotel had a lovely smell from the diffusers scattered around. The room was small but that was as expected from photos. Did seem odd to have a single duvet on a double bed though and I would have appreciated a double duvet and some extra pillows. As others have mentioned there is nothing else in the room such as tv or kettle but this is clear on the website. The room was lovely and warm...

"I booked because of its convenience to the train station. Excellent links to the airport and about a 15 minute walk to Christiansborg Palace. Room is basic but clean and if stopping for a city break what more do you need? Check in / out is very efficient and breakfast is good value with fabulous views across the city."

"We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby. Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. Windows that open to let air in should you need it. They provide breakfast down by reception. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
