It was so amazing to have a tiny cabin to ourselves with a wooden porch and swing. The hotel is perfect for this setting in the high mountain valley.

En general, todo muy bien… buena atención, personal atento, instalaciones limpias, ideal para familias… excelente para mascotas, solo que no permiten ingresar al lobby y restaurante con mascotas, pero; puedes tomar el desayuno y comer en la parte de afuera, el servicio es muy bueno.

excelente pero problema con el agua

En general el hotel esta super bonito, las cabañas mu acogedoras, las areas verdes muy cuidadas y limpias, seria excelente salvo por el inconveniente del agua, estuvimos 3 dias (2 noches) y en uno de esos dias se quedaron sin agua porque al parecer abastecen con pipas el suministro de las cabañas y se les termino, duramos toda la mañana sin agua lo cual es muy incomodo y nos obligo a reprogramar actividades y perder tiempo que teniamos destinado a pasear y conocer,

Los días que me quede ahí, había demasiado escándalo tanto de los carros como música o los perros, el trato por parte de la gente fue muy bueno y cordial, el wifi no funciona y si llega a funcionar es demasiado lento pero la mayoría de la estancia ahí tuve que usar datos y no supieron arreglarme ese problema, un día se nos fue el agua y volvió horas después, las puertas de las habitaciones no cerraban por más que lo intentaras, tenías que dejar abierto y llevarte cosas de valor contigo y las camas no son queen son matrimoniales pero son cómodas.

Deja mucho que dejar el costo y estado de las cabañas,le hace falta mantenimiento y limpieza,por la zona hay mucho polvo pero eso no implica la falta de aseo fuera y dentro de las cabañas su aseo solo consiste en tender las camas.el personal muy atento
