Very friendly, helpful, professional staff, beautiful property, lots of dining options and a great happy hour. Location is great for North Dallas shopping and dining. Communicating via text is super convenient. Shower head was offset and shower curtain would not stay towards the wall resulting in water on the floor. Rod is loose.

The atmosphere was great and the room service staff were friendly, which we really appreciated.
However, we booked a suite to accommodate two adults and three kids, expecting the extra space and sleeping option with the fold-out couch. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was unusable—the mattress was very poor quality, there were no sheets provided, and the only blanket available was a thin one crumpled in the closet. No one was able to sleep on it, so we could have just booked a standard room with two beds and had the same result.
One other issue: the bathroom's industrial-style design left the plumbing exposed, and after using the shower, condensation caused brown particles to drip from the pipes. It would help if these were regularly wiped down or maintained.
