Outstanding VRBO
Our family of four were 100% satisfied with our stay. The convenience of this ski-in-ski out was perfect, just steps away from the Lumberjack lift. The house was fully equipped & the Mountain View from the hot tub view was amazing! We took the free shuttle service into Center Village and it was perfect. We could not have asked for better communication throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend without reservation!

Awesome condo at Copper Mountain
This is an awesome condo in the Lewis Ranch base area at Copper. Access to the Lumberjack lift is very easy. The layout of the condo is great. The living room, dining area and kitchen are huge, and work well for a large family. The extra family room is an added bonus. The 4 bedrooms are spread nicely throughout the condo. There are lots of windows, plenty of light, and nice views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.

Great Place/Great Location
This house is great. It is very nice and in a great location. I would have given it 5 stars except this house has quite possible the worst pillows if have ever slept on. They were like cardboard. Please upgrade your pillows and this place would be wonderful.

Great location!
We couldn’t have picked a better location to the slopes. The house was plenty big enough and the kitchen had everything we needed. The heating system was hard to figure out and we ended up turning it off the downstairs bedroom was very hot. Overall we had a very good experience at this rental.

Wonderful place for family. Large dining table and well stocked kitchen. Lots of stairs which is hard for older people. Could not open windows downstairs which made area hot and hard to breath.

Great House for a Larger Family Gathering
Two families (4 adults, 5 kids) shared this house for a week in July. This house was perfect for us! Here are a few pros and considerations about our trip. PROS: The basement-level has a kids bunk-room and one of the 3 master bedrooms, as well as it's own TV room with a foozball table - so it was a great spot for all of our kids to sleep and hangout. There's also a wet bar with a fridge where we stored all of their drinks. The Main Level is a great open concept with a large kitchen where several adults can easily work together to prepare meals. And the dining table is HUGE and seats 10 people comfortably. The house was clean and well stocked with almost everything you need to enjoy your vacation. And the views from the main deck and rooftop deck are stunning! We also enjoyed the 4-person hot tub after a day of mountain activities. CONSIDERATIONS: There are A LOT of stairs in the house! You have to walk up a small flight just to get to the "basement level", then up another flight to the 2nd master, up more stairs to the Main Level, and then up a 4th set of stairs to reach the 3rd master bedroom and rooftop deck/hot tub. This house would definitely not work for anyone who struggles to go up steps. The only furniture on the deck was some black metal folding chairs, and a (broken) recliner. It would have been nice to have actual outdoor chairs or furniture so we could have enjoyed spending time on the decks. While the house is only about a 1/4 - 1/2 mile from the Copper Mountain Village (base area) activities, it is on a VERY steep hill the entire way We had to drive to the Village area every day since there is no way the kids would have been able to walk back up to the house (without a LOT of whining/complaining).

Just what you want for Copper
This is a very comfortable house that has unbeatable location. This time of year the Colorado trail is only a 20min hike up hill and the rest is wide open. Could not ask for a better hot tub location with pondering views all around and a dark night sky to stare into. Will return to this house soon.

Great family rental!
We spent a few days here with our two sons and families. It was a great place for all. Space for two year old to nap while everyone else continued to play. Perfect location to take advantage of Copper’s fun summer activities and close enough to go back for a break. So fun!

Great location and very well supplied home from bathrooms to kitchen. Really didn’t need anything at all to cook huge meals. Excellent trip for our family and so great being 50’ from Lumberjack lift. Mattresses need some serious upgrading though. Definitely will be booking again!!

Solid Luxury Mountain Home with minor Flaws
This place is great. We were a party of 9 with kids and had a great time in Copper. There are just a few flaws - which are important ones, however. The bedding, towels and mattresses are not up to the high standard of the rest of the house. So you need to bring your own towels ( hot tub towels are available and adequate ). The problem with the mattress and bedding is that I really didn't sleep well ( they look cheap ) . The kids didn't complain, however. Other reviews mentioned that there is a problem with the heating. I agree with that as well. It is hard to keep the place around 70 degree...it is either 75+ or 68 degree and colder. We tried to adjust the thermostats etc.. with little success and ended up leaving some windows open. TVs are outdated - but who wants to watch TV in the mountains ? Other than that - the place is awesome for a family get together !! Keep also in mind that you need to add up to 50% or more to the advertised price in order to pay for cleaning , fees and damage insurance..Enjoy the stay !

Superior location is a key for a fabulous vacation.
Staying at Retreat at Union Creek II was a good match for us. We had 3 generations, me being the oldest (grandmother) and 5 grandchildren aged 5 to 14. My husband and I chose the floor closest to the kitchen and the kingsized bed. (heck, we were paying) The expense of the unit was offset somewhat as the adult skiers skied in for lunch. The kitchen was furnished so well, that we could cook most anything that we desired, or GRILL outdoors. So, we never went to a restaurant! 11 would have been hard to manage. If you're there during ski season, this unit is on the green (easier) side of the mountain. Having mixed skiing abilities, beginner to expert - everyone could get started right by the Lumberjack Lift, could ski down to ski school after 1 lesson. The amenities left for you to use, were more than adequate. The soaps shampoos, dryer, dishwashing, washer, paper towels, salt pepper, seasonings, etc. made life a little easier and shopping a little cheaper. When we had any little issue, the numbers to call were manned and did respond promptly. That is always a good thing. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Copper Mountain!
