"We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed each stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable with a good shower. I take my own hairdryer now as the one in the bathroom is fixed and no real power but that is the only criticism. This visit they had run out of gluten free bread but I had some with me and they forgot to switch on the egg boiler so no eggs for breakfast today. The evening meal was delicious as usual and excellent value for money. We will be back! "

"The room was big and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was also big with plenty of hot water. It is very handy for the tunnel. Plenty of places to grab a meal within walking distance. "

"Amazing hotel and perfectly suited for our needs. We had a dog and the grounds were huge! Especially loved the free roaming chickens! The shuttle was around the corner too. Very welcoming staff, would definitely stay again. "

"welcoming receptionist, very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, comfortable bed. Could do with a lift though stairs were somewhat manageable. Nearby restaurants give a 10% discount for hotel guests."
