"The Front desk staff were fantastic. They were all very outgoing and super friendly. The 2 bedroom beachfront bungalows were fine but we preferred the layout of the 2 bedroom oceanview apartments. However, these are directly over the pool and the view is more pool view than true oceanfront. This hotel is nice but not a five star property. 4 star would be more appropriate. "The Rooms were impeccable although in need of a Face Lift as areas were in need of repair. We have an Executive Spa suite which was great other than the Shower was very disappointing with just a fixed shower head only making it frustrating to have a good shower with low water pressure. That said , the Place, the Grounds and especially the Staff were BRILLIANT"
