"Petite maison fonctionnelle avec superbe vue sur la mer. Literie de très bonne qualité. Nous avons même pu apprécier le barbecue malgré le climat de fin de saison un peu maussade cette année. Nous avons passé une semaine en nous promenant dans les beaux villages de Balagne et sur la route du Cap Corse.... Que de beaux souvenirs ! Pour la maison, un petit plus pour certains ustensiles de cuisine qui manquent (ciseau, casseroles un peu grandes pour deux, hotte, ...) et en pleine saison, je pense...

"Big appartment for a budget rate, close enough to the ferry port and nearby supermarkets to allow for walking to and from, but let down by provision of dirty teatowel, hard floors and thin ceilings resulting in no sleep possible until after midnight due to noise (talking and movement) from above. Lack of utilities' instructions meant that coffee maker unusable. Reasonable overall but could be better. Although WiFi signal strong, couldn't get it to connect."

"Clean apartment with kitchen and a barbecue. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We traveled two families together (9 people, five children 8-12 years old) and the place was perfect for us. It was a quiet area. A shadowy terrace were we could dine, the beautiful view of the sea, 10 minutes walk from Calvi...I recommend the place and would stay there again if I go back to Calvi. The owners speak only French, and are really nice and friendly."

We had a car which made it much easier to get to: local quiet beaches; Calvi; evening concerts in hilltop villages; and mountain walks. Would be difficult without a car I think, especially out of high season July/Aug when the trains run more often. Friendly host family, good daily market in the town, supermarkets walkable, lots of restaurants."

"The concierge Mohhmed was fantastic!! He made the stay great. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean. A great location after a long day! The internet was terrible. I'm not sure if it was the location or the router and equipment, but if your world revolves around the internet this will not be for you. The other issue was that the beds were extremely hard. Not very firm, but very hard. If these two things are not an issue for you then this is the perfect place near Ile Rousse!"

"This is just up from the boulangerie which Cesar also owns.we thought it was a great place to stay,they had thought about what they provided and he and his wife were very helpful.he was resourceful in using Google translate as our french isn't as good as it could be and his English is similar. We loved the swimming pool,and there was a great walk up from the village.The village has a couple of supermarkets and plenty of places to eat."

"Great access to lovely beach, although it does shelve quite steeply so not so suitable for small children. Beach faces west so lovely sunsets. Chalets are adequate. Much nicer than mobile homes/caravans, although they are fairly basic. Unfortunately the kitchens do not have either an oven or kettle although this is not uncommon. Pool was lovely and great for small children too. Staff were polite and site was clean. Plenty of parking in carpark and trolleys were available to move luggage to and from. "
