When going to bed I discovered a bandaid in the sheets so they moved me a different room (a suite) both TVs (they are tiny) were out of order. and the room was freezing. even with turning up the heat. Being a solid service floor on the ground level the floor was so cold. Pack some slippers. The breakfast was OK, nothing to write home about. The hotel is surrounded by a parking lot and a lot of businesses. They was parking lot noise until very late and very early as workers for the stores stood outside to chit chat before and after there shift, warm up their cars and come and go from work.

Other than a bit hard to get to, it is a very nice room for the price. Could use a bit of minor touch ups, but way better than some I have been in. I would stay here again without question.

Horrible entrance signage and navigation. The Starbucks traffic interferes with entry. Desk personnel were inattentive to guests or just rude to this guest with hearing difficulties. Room was poorly designed and laid out. Bathroom is awkward and bathtub needs replaced or redone. Fitness room needed the floor cleaned and had no cleaning wipes for the equipment; there was an empty container. Breakfast was acceptable.
