Clean and quiet

The place needs updating and could use some overhead lighting, exhaust fans in the bathroom and a comfier bed but overall, nice stay for the area. Very nice folks and it was clean and maintained.

A place where I needed it

The motel is run well by a great cast of characters that are pleasant and helpful. But it is Whitley City KY, so don't expect too much

It was a nice stay. The decor is stuck in 1995 with the wallpaper, and room amenities, but it was clean. Maybe in 2040 they will add some EV charging stations.

I like this hotel because it's conveniently located in Whitley City by Pine Knot and Stearns, it's affordable, and it's much better/safer than the Parkland motel. Our main complaint is the cleanliness- There were hairs on the bathroom floor (and not the good kind, if you know what I mean). Also, their toilets clog easily if you use 'too much' TP.

We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful as well.
