We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. The amount of time and thought that has gone into the information booklet provided before arrival and available at the house is fantastic! So many suggestions complete with detailed addresses. I wish we had more time there. "

"Wonderful property for a stay in Galway. Short walk to all the sites we want to visit. Quiet. Convenient parking on property. Only issue was trying to figure out the hot water in the bathroom. "

They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"

"Great location in easy walking distance to everything you would want to do in Galway. Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom desperately needed shelving near sink and in the shower. Portable air conditioner took some tweaking but worked. Room could use a small refrigerator and a luggage storage option for early arriva. Overall a nice stay. Would rent again. "
