This hotel was one of the most basic hotels I’ve stayed in. It lacked basic amenities such as tissue and water. The room was very tiny, even for 2 people. Internet was not reliable at all. However, staff and location were great.

It was a great hotel located next to Masque-Cathedral and central to historic part of the town. Amenities was great, though our room didn’t have s few kettle or anything for hot water. Staff were very kind and easy to talk to even in English. Nice clean room and roomy enough for 2 folks.

This hotel moved us to a sister hotel, made us walk over to the other hotel, then because it was in a touristy area, we had to make our way back. They also said they sent English info, there wasn’t any.

Excellent location but difficult to get to because of the extra layer of security to access hotel if self driving. It is a great location to get out and see all of the sightseeing locations. Do NOT get a room facing the Mezquita because of the loud noises such as cars and drunk people on the road in front of the hotel. The staff is excellent and very kind.

Old style hotel with great staff. Our room did not have a coffee station in the room and the toilet was mashed into corner of bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous as were the staff. The location was right next to the Mezquita so location couldn't be beat.
