"Another amazing visit. Vinel, Sorin, Gregory, Daelisha (sp), Mike, Garvin, George were all kind, professional and responsive even when I extended my stay. Great view, customer service, delicious food and secluded location. In the future, I’d love a cleaner pool, extra towels and little amenities such as a dust pan and brown and extra garbage bags for the kitchen. Would definitely suggest this spot over a resort. "

"A most enjoyable stay at the Heavenly Suites. The apartment was comfortable, the aircon worked perfectly, the bed was excellent and the kitchen facilities adequate for our needs. A few more glasses / mugs would be useful, but overall the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was wonderful - it helped that we were in the apartment right next to it, as well as being one of only two apartments that were occupied during our stay, but the pool itself was clean, there was plenty of space around it...

"The views from the villa are breathtaking. Mountains and rainforest on one side and a huge expanse of Caribbean Sea the other. You have complete privacy and is very well set up for relaxing indoors and out. The villa is looked after by House manager Christie, driver Lenny, house keeper Kushelle and someone for security and caretaking. They are a truly amazing team. Nothing is too much trouble. "My husband and I stayed for a week during the T20 World Cup. We were greeted by Esther who was an excellent hostess. The house was even more beautiful than the listing. The views of Pigeon Island and the sunsets were magnificent. We snorkelled everyday right off the backyard. Waters were calm and clear with lots of marine life. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. If I return to St Lucia, we will definitely stay here again. And did I mention that Esther is awesome!!!’"

"Blu Epiphany is wonderful! The view is beautiful, and the villa is nice. We enjoyed reading our books on the couch outside by the pool and alternating reading and swimming and just enjoying the view. It was a nice quiet private location to really relax. There is a lovely cove not far down the hill from the villa and it had amazing snorkeling and we were the only ones there at the time. The villa restaurant just down the road will come and pick you up with a golf cart so you don’t have to drive...

"This property is just as advertised. Spacious for a family of four (could easily accommodate six). Located on a golf-course and away from the busy area of the town. "Location of the property was great, it was a short walk to the beach at Sandals. It was quiet and I felt very safe. Apartment was very nice and comfortable Short drive to a grocery store. "Location: the location is superb, right by the Pitons, very close to Volcano, Soufriere, Sugar beach and hiking trails. Food/Restaurant: food is good but not exceptional, limited choices and varieties. Room for improvement here. The view from the restaurants is incredible. Services: The staffs are the friendliest people, they went all the way and beyond to accommodate, help and serve. I couldn't thank them enough. Rooms: We stayed at #K (Gros Piton). It has 2 floors. 1st floor has a sofa, mini bar/sink, dining table/chairs, 2 chaises and a heated plunge pool with a jaw dropping view of both Pitons. 2nd floor has a bed, closet, bathroom and a long bench balcony overlooking the same jaw dropping view. Just love this room. I enjoyed every minute in Ladera and will certainly return to this paradise in the future. "

Bel Jou Hotel – Adults Only – All Inclusive

"This was my second visit to the Bel Jou, and it was wonderful. The staff were the best of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The general manager Dean walks around every day to stop and talk to the guests, he truly prides himself on the service his team provides and genguingly wants to make sure his whole team make the guests as comfortable as possible. I couldn't fault one thing, to the cleanliness, maintenance, entertainment and overal service with a big St Lucian smile. The shuttle service to Castries and the beach is a massive plus and its free, what more can you ask for. All the staff from maintenance, bar restaurant, reception, cleaning staff, were exceptional. But I have to mention my girl Princess what a woman, Devon, Sam, reception ladies and we missed Andrea. So many more to mention and Dean the general manager whom is the only hotel manager to walk around greeting and talking to his guests every single day. I've never experienced that in all the hotels I've stayed around the world and I've travelled far. So on that note, thank you, Dean and all the staff at the Bel Jou. You made our stay memorable, and we will definitely be back. "
