"This place was great! Giada who worked there was incredibly helpful! She whatsapped us in advance, arranged a taxi to pick us up for a very reasonable price, had breakfast ready for our 3am departure, and held our bags for us. She also connected us with a couple local drivers who could take us to sites in the sacred valley. The room was really clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Would 100% recommend! "

"The host was extremely helpful from airport pickup to drop-off, and everything in between. She arranged activities for me during my stay, made coca tea for me on occasion to help combat my elevation sickness, and even arranged for an early breakfast before an early morning excursion. They stored my luggage for 24 hours when I traveled to Machu Picchu. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in of all the hotels during my 3 weeks traveling through Peru. Will definitely stay here again next...

"I have stayed at Amaru Colonial a few times in the past. I love this beautiful hotel. It has lovely gardens and the rooms have lots of character. There are many choices for breakfast. The staff are amazing and willing to help out how ever they can. It is close to some really great restaurants. The only challenge is walking down the hill. As a Canadian, we are definitely not used to the narrow roads and watching to make sure your purse strap doesn't get caught on a car mirror as the cars...
