"Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment but there was no cleaning service for the 4 nights. Both toilets didn't flush properly and no air conditioning so it was very hot. Plug sockets were scarce in the bedrooms too. Good points are the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views from the rooftop bar. Lovely woodlands area to sit and chill and staff were helpful and friendly. City centre shopping was reachable by foot in 10 minutes. "
