Our room was very nice and very clean. The location was very good. It was very easy to walk around and go shopping or dining without any extra transportation. It would have been nice if they had a refrigerator in the room however they did provide coffee and tea in the room.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, as expected, in a 4-star hotel. There were many good things, and here are some not-so-great things for us. The offsite parking is inconvenient and borderline painful, a big negative, and the logistics aren't easy. We dragged our bags 3-4 blocks to the car when leaving. Also, there were no instructions for the baggage lift at the entrance, so I dragged my bags up the stairs since I couldn't operate the lift. A family with a child in a wheelchair had the same issue when I was by the lift. Post instructions on how to open the gate and to raise and lower the lift...seems simple to fix. I liked the self-check-in kiosks and check-out on my phone/device.

Was surprised that when told our room was not ready, but if we slipped over 20 Euros it would be. So I took a 20 and put it on the counter and said my room is not ready but when I give you this 20 it will be? Shocking!

Great location for staying in Cork. The staff are very helpful. Upon arrival there was a small snafu with the room that I ordered and the room that they gave us , however it was quickly resolved. They even brought our bags up to the room for us.

Property very clean and taken care of; beds very comfortable; staff very helpful. Only drawback was parking not on site, so had to walk a few blocks to park in the City Hall garage, but was given a discount by hotel, so not that bad. Location was very good!

Property was generally quiet (except on two occasions when an alarm went off in the middle of the night due to vaping guests.) Breakfast options were very good, Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms comfortable.

So, I’d like to begin by saying maybe this was just a random bad situation, but this wasn’t the best stay. We got there at check in time and the room wasn’t ready. It appeared several other guests around me had issues. When my room was finally ready I heard a man complaining about not having working AC… they said he was supposed to be in one of the rooms with working AC (some rooms don’t have it?!) and right then I knew I should have questioned the same about mine own. Our luck, we didn’t have AC either. They at least brought us another fan, but it broke in the middle of the night leaving my bf and I awoken by night sweats. It’s a pretty hotel in a nice spot, but there’s many others in the area I’d say the same thing about. I’d choose one of them next time.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel twice within a week, over two weekends from September 7-9 and September 13-15. Unfortunately, our experiences were a clear example of inconsistency and lack of care from the hotel management. During our first stay, the experience ranged from average to good, despite issues with room assignment and the poor condition of the rooms. However, our second visit was chaotic. We were given a room without air conditioning, and the only solution offered was a small fan. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the door lock was damaged. Additionally, the restaurant staff during breakfast were rude and unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy. Consider this hotel as your last option.

Overall easy and simple place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Suggested some excellent dining options nearby. Room had A/C but did not circulate the best. Conveniently located near shopping center and behind primary restaurant alleyway. Parking is at City Hall so a short walk from property.

This is a very nice hotel! The surrounding areas have a lot of nice restaurants and bars. I would recommend make some improvements in the rooms. At least the one that we had some minor issues with the painting.
