"Our first time in Vernazza and we happen to find a pearl in the middle of a sea of hotels! The Pensione Sorriso, Eleena and staff were wonderful! There was such great and positive energy about the place. We were planning on staying only 1 day and decided stay for three days! The room was clean and comfortable. The area was right in the center of beautiful Vernazza and close to train station that made it easy to explore all of Cinque Terre! We would love to be back !!!"

"We were first presented with a list of extra fees for doing things such as leaving dishes in the sink (40 Euros), clogging the toilet (100 euros), not sorting the garbage properly into four separate bins (35 euros).
