Me my wife and our 5 children had a lovely stay at the minerva as an easter get away the hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good its in good location if you want to be in newquay and the hosts and cleaners were amazing thank you for having us

The hotel didn't have the lifts working had to walk all to the second floor with kids and luggage. Didnt have the wifi working or the phones Parking was the main issue, paid for two nights parking but was told someone else took so unable to provide any solution. Breakfast is basic. Housekeeping staffs are polite and helpful.
