Enjoy the large pool out in the back of the house (heat can be added for an additional fee seasonally) or soak away stress in the hot tub.
After a day exploring the Outer Banks' charm, retreat to one of the five inviting bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing night sleep. The fifth bedroom is located in its own apartment above the garage, fully equipped with a private bathroom, kitchenette and is only accessible from inside the main house perfect for a couple in the group. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool or foosball in the rec room, or simply relax and take in the amazing water views. Beach Access: Guests in the Currituck Club are able to use the beach access located near the south gate of the community, located at Yaupon Lane. During the summer season, take advantage of the complimentary trolley service that will transport you and all of your beach gear to and from the access!

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
