Located in one of the most desirable locations on the Outer Banks, this Oceanfront house has incredible views everywhere you look! This home is situated in the middle of the block. What this means for you as a renter - a near private beach! Being equal distance from either public beach access assures that you will have plenty of space in front of your house to relax and enjoy the beach. The Whalehead beach in Corolla is known for its expansive beaches with a gentle slope into the water. This house features the best of the beach with the private beach access, great dune top deck, lots of ocean side decking and comfortable seating at the house. Don't wait to book this house - weeks will go fast! Beyond its perfect location, the house is very large with plenty of room for your family to have a fabulous vacation! Each level features a sitting area or Den w/ flat screen TV, the ground floor also has a HUGE rec. room!

Top Level: Expansive oceanside decks, plenty of seating, gas grill. Covered sunset deck. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen bar w/ (4) bar stools. Oceanfront dining area (10), Oceanfront living room w/ new 60" flat screen TV/DVD/Blue Ray player, breakfast nook (4), Oceanfront Queen Master w/ flat screen TV, Deck access, Queen Master Bedroom w/ flat screen TV.

Mid-Level: The mid-level also features an oceanfront deck that expands the width of the house with a hot tub (seats 6). Oceanfront Den w/ TV, King room w/ TV, deck access and great views, 2 full hall baths, Bunk Room (2 Bunk Sets), Oceanfront Queen Master Bedroom w/ deck access and views, Queen master bedroom. Laundry.

Ground Level: Den w/ TV, large rec. room w/ table, pool table, foosball, TV, full size fridge, room with 2 twin beds shares full bath with hall.

Extras: Private pool (10x23) 2025 Pool Dates: 3/29/25-10/24/25 private hot tub (6), 2 laundry rooms, 6 TVs, 1 DVD/Blue Ray, basketball, foosball table, gas grill, Wireless Internet, private beach access, private dune deck. Saturday turn-over. Pet Friendly w/$210 pet fee (2 dogs max). Bed linens provided, beds made prior to arrival, bath towels included. No smoking.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

Very Nice Stay
Property was as advertised. Location is great and in quiet neighborhood. Beach is awesome. House is a bit dated, and the beds are too soft. Overall, a nice place for our family.

Awesome beach house with a beautiful views

Wonderful house!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house! It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Loved the view from the house and the dune deck. We were impressed by the responsiveness of the rental company when we reported a couple of minor issues.

This home met all our needs and more. The view from the top floor was gorgeous and everything in the home was in great condition. We traveled with 8 kids aged nine and under and they had a blast. Easy walk to the beach, pool in great condition and the game room was a big hit. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect spot for a group getaway!
We loved this house! The space was exactly what we needed and having the pool / hot tub were great amenities for our group. Loved having 2 washer/dryer with a big group plus a baby. Our favorite thing about this rental was hands down the beach. Quiet, wide open, and not crowded at all! Felt almost private 😊 hope to come back again!

Good location
The property is a little worn, but clean. The location, beach, pool, and hotub are great and the kids had fun with pool, bumper pool, and foosball the day it rained. The property is between two public access points, so the beach is less crowded than at other locations. It is a good property to go to if you have kids and/or pets.

Fun beach home for large gathering
We had a delightful extended family gathering in this home over Thanksgiving week, with 15 of us comfortably fitting in this home. Great location on a gorgeous stretch of OBX beach. Fun hot tub. A minor detraction was that the house was not particularly well supplied with certain kitchen items (forks, food containers, bowls). Would happily return though.

Great home with fantastic beach
Very comfortable and can't beat the location. The house needs some work but just cosmetics. This was the second time for us at this property - we also stayed there last summer. Great for large family vacation. Just know that there are a lot of steps so if anyone has bad knees or ambulatory issues, this wouldn't be a good choice.

Great location!
This house is in a great location! We basically had our own private beach! The kids had a great time! Very kid friendly with an added bonus of a highchair for my daughter. ( I forgot her booster seat for the chair so we were very happy to see the highchair!) Thank you again! Looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic time!
Close to everything! Great restaurants, shops activities. The home was perfect for our family of 9 adults and a 1 year old. We had plenty of room to spread out. Clean and comfortable. Don’t worry about dragging your beach chairs, their were plenty in the 1st floor closet. We will definitely recommend the Cape Coral to others and hope to be back soon!

Everything you could need in the perfect location!
We kept watching all the people staying in the houses across the street lugging all their beach gear down the street everyday to the periodic beach access points and were so glad we had our own private access to the beach! Also, our part of the beach was less crowded the areas by the public access points which was nice. The pool and the hot tub were also nice to use when a break from the ocean was needed. Although the house was a little outdated on the inside, we didn’t spend too much time inside! Even if we had to there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out!

House is Awesome!
The pictures accurately reflect the house except for one thing; the beach is much closer than it appears! The house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked. And though the listing says there aren’t any beach or pool items provided, the first floor closet is full of boards, floaters, sand toys, and chairs. There are also now 2 infant flotation devices. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our Family
The location and house was perfect for our family. We had such a great time. I had thought we would use the game room however being that close to the ocean, we spent our time exploring the beach, city and enjoyed meals together in dining area. The space was great when we needed to spread out and have down time. Lots of beach items to use. Beautiful and perfect location in the middle of the public access to beaches so it was not over crowded. Watching the sunrise from bed was amazing. Prior to arrival, the hosts were extremely fast at responding to our questions.

Family fun
We had a great time. Lots of space. Views are amazing. Bedrooms comfortable. Hot tub and pool terrific. Stingy w bath towels—I recommend bringing extra. And no beach towels provided at all. Neither the floors nor the pool were tots clean when we got there, but it is the beach, so.... we’d come again.

Sunny beach days
Beautiful beach-not as crowded as it is near public access. Lots of shells and fun chasing crabs at night. Great pool! Bathroom to bedroom ratio was awesome. Our concerns were for the price, kitchen & bathrooms should be well cleaned. Bathrooms dusty with hair & purple bathroom long black hair found in shower & on wall beside toilet/constant shower dripping. Kitchen drawers with utensils not clean and small black ants crawling on kitchen counter. Older property with small repairs that need done-basement bedroom door broken/no door knob, screen on 2nd floor off track(sitting beside door), ice maker did not dispense, sink sprayer sticking w/faucet base loose, 3rd floor rear bedroom shower did not drain, loose handrail 3rd floor deck w/ loose floorboards, raised nails on beach access deck. Overall sunny fun days at beach w/ family & great food at local restaurants.

The house fit our needs perfectly. We had a lovely trip with our kids and grands. a few of the mattresses need replaced the freezer would look like it was closed, but it wasn't closed completely. maybe the seal is getting bad. we did lose some of our food because of it.

Sunrise through to Sunset -- the perfect house.
Fantastic house. The different age groups were able to gather in the evening in different spots for movies, games, puzzles. Open floor plan up top meant meal prep didn't cut you out of the loop. The access to the beach can't be beat. Being in the middle of the block = so much space to play! Rainy days spent with foosball and pool table in basement were easygoing sun recuperation days. We had a blast.

Great Family Vacation in Corolla NC
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious with enough room for us to have our own quiet space and also offered many areas for us to gather as a family. House is right on the beach - views are amazing - saw dolphins every day! All of us spent countless hours enjoying the beach, walking, biking, reading or splashing in the waves. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all aa well as the pool table and foosball table on the bottom floor. As many other reviewers have stated this house is not the biggest or the shiniest house on the beach but it was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed to make our vacation a great week for everyone.

Perfect location!
The house is in an ideal location, beautiful beach! The house itself is a little worn around the edges but very comfortable and with plenty of room for multiple family members to spread out. Great amenities: game room on lower level with pool table and foosball, extra refrigerator and twin beds. Middle level with bedrooms and deck opening to hot tub and stairs down to pool and the beach. Upper level with well stocked kitchen and 2 more bedrooms. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plenty of seating for a crowd and deck with gorgeous view of the ocean. Food Lion grocery store and restaurants very close. Great spot for a vacation. But be ready to climb some stairs!

Incredible stay!
We had a group of 10 adults and 7 children stay in this home, and our stay was perfect. The home location and access to the beach was something I’ll always look for when renting again. It was like we had a private beach and not having to lug things anywhere but up to the deck each night can’t be beat. The pool was a perfect spot for when you didn’t make it the 50 steps to the beach too! We didn’t really use the game room on the first level but it was perfectly equipped and well maintained. There is also a closet with plenty of beach and pool gear there to use - even though we brought our own. Each room having its own bathroom was another feature that was pretty great with such a large group. The house itself might not be the biggest or the newest on the block but it was absolutely perfect for our group and we couldn’t have asked for a better week together!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location but needs a little attention
This property lists the top floor has 2 bedrooms with "queen" size beds. There are 2 bedrooms, but they both have "full" size beds not queen size beds. There are a few loose nails on the boards of the walk to the beach and in front of the outdoor showers. But with all the little things we would have still rented this property. You could not ask for a better location, it is located between 2 public assesses therefore the beach in front of the property had very few people. To be able to sit on the top deck drinking morning coffee while watching the sun come up, and then also watch the dolphins play from that same deck is simply amazing. It is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and if you just want to spend all day at the beach you can do that do. We will be back to this same rental property.

Nice area, home well laid out. Some maintenance issues
We enjoyed our stay. The beach was lovely and the private walkway was great- not having to share was a plus. This is our first time offseason and I have to say I really like it better than July-Aug. No crowds anywhere. Weather mild and lovely. Pool was very nice, as was the hot tub. Negatives were that the house could have been cleaner…Also, chipping paint and general dirt made a poor impression when we first arrived. Rooms were freshly painted, so that was nice. Air returns were caked with dirt and the AC vents leaked. Furniture was aged and really showed it. Also I was surprised how little was included in the way of general necessities- dish towels, tp, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap… all of which were included in the past homes we have rented through the larger rental companies.
