This unique island resort is in the heart of Coronado, Calif ~ with most of what you need within walking or bike riding distance. This is a whole week (8 days and 7 nights) for a total of $1260! ($180 per night). The ONLY dates are March 24-31, 2024. Even if you only stay some of the time, the price is still $1260 for the week, since this is a timeshare. And you get all of the owner amenities. This beautiful third floor view unit can actually sleep 4 people (private king bed, and a full size sofa bed), and features a rooftop ocean view deck with hot-tub and outdoor dining/grilling. A kitchenette and a romantic fireplace are yours, also 32-in flat-screen TVs, DVD players and CD player. Enjoy a dining area, and a living rm with a full sofa bed. Also avail: pool table, ping pong, sauna, rooftop jacuzzi with an ocean view, rooftop grills and umbrella covered tables and chairs with an ocean view, free Wi-Fi, a gym, bicycle rentals, and beach supplies. Guests have free access to nearby pools, tennis courts, and it is just a quick walk to the beach! Coronado Municipal Golf Course is 1 mi. away, and downtown San Diego and the Zoo are 15 min away. Go by car, cute bus, or ferry. The folks at the resort bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable and happy. You can reserve bicycles, beach supplies, baby necessities, videos, and many more things you might like. That stuff is not unlimited, so reserve early. Free coffee, juice, and little snacks daily. They can also help you plan a sightseeing day or a special day trip. Covered parking for the first vehicle is free, but a second vehicle is $20 a night. The resort can give you coupons for savings at several wonderful places. Just ask. No pets allowed except service animals. Housekeeping can be arranged, just ask. The pools and basketball/tennis courts available are at beautiful Loews Coronado Resort about a couple miles away. You should go there at least once! Historical Hotel Del Coronado is across the street...don't miss going in there. Take the elevator to the top and look out the windows. Great shopping is on the main floor, and in the basement, too! It is truly a spectacular place, and the history is in the photos all around you. San Diego in general is a lively, very blessed city. There are many small wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Amazing places to visit, like the Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Balboa Park, (visit the IMAX Theater in the Science Center), Old Town, art museums, the flower fields, Legoland, plenty of culture (concerts, theatre, films, etc.) Del Mar, La Jolla, Seaport Village, the Padres baseball stadium, skate parks, hiking, biking, surfing, Presidio Park, other missions, Palomar Observatory, Del Mar (Racetrack), Indian Reservation gaming, horseback riding, Museum of Making Music, Pt Loma Lighthouse, Chicano Park, tours on several ships-big and small, scuba, surfing, fishing and boating, helicopter tours, rare botanical plant nurseries, indigenous people learning centers, the desert (in bloom now), and WAY too many amazing restaurants with all types of food! The beaches are world famous, and most of what people come to see is very close by. Disneyland is way less than 2 hrs north. Across the street is the iconic Hotel Del Coronado. Don't miss touring it! Just the shopping alone can wear you out! You will never be able to do it all, so you will have to just come back! If interested, this is our "one week every-other-year" timeshare. PS…Since this is a timeshare and hotel combined, any renter has to obey the rules of the Coronado Beach Resort. Please bring up their website and read about them. This is a wonderful place to stay. They will help you in any way they can. When this week is reserved, I will take this offering down, since I won’t have it available again until 2026.
