Royale Manor is a meticulous rancher located in an exclusive, quiet, residential neighborhood. A fully equipped house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, laundry with W/D and outside line for bathing suits. Features a King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, and Queen in the very private third bedroom, all with AC. Private driveways w/ gates. Sparkling clean and spacious. Open floor concept. Beach access nearby or enjoy the pool and hammock. Two color TV's.
An open floor plan with large living /dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar and lots of counter space, 2 door SS fridge, 4 burner SS stove with self cleaning oven and microwave oven. This is an adult oriented property. Over the holidays we have a minimum two night stay.
While our location is on a prestigious street 20 minutes walk from downtown, we are far enough to avoid the barking dogs, roosters and party people, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities.
We like pets but we need you to tell us about your pet, so that we can determine whether or not it is a suitable pet for the property.
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors.
