ShiShi's Cottage--Walk to OSU

Relax in solitude or with family and friends at this peaceful cottage close to OSU, biking and nature trails. Filled with art, Shi Shi's Cottage is an historic home, recently restored with new appliances, furniture and bedding. Super comfy beds, a meditation and yoga room encourage, and lovely garden encourage renewal and connection. Smart Lock access. Walk or bike ride along the creek to Starker Park, to OSU, to the river, to downtown, or into the rolling hills.

An intimate two story house that is filled with art, comfy chairs, and delicious bedding. The main floor includes the living and dining rooms, kitchen, full bath and two of three bedrooms. The Master bedroom offers a King-sized Tempurpedic bed, blackout shades, and the second bedroom has a single bed. Upstairs is a lovely light space with a Queen bed, a desk, half-bath, dedicated meditation and yoga room. All bedrooms view the garden. The kitchen offers a gas stove, convection oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and the quietest dishwasher you'll ever not hear. The garden is luscious with trees and flowers, Adirondack chairs and a fire basket. Bike and walking paths to Starker Park, Avery Park, OSU, downtown and all around.

Wonderful place to stay
This property is close to biking/walking paths. Easy to get to downtown and the campus. House is well stocked with everything you might need. It is a lovely, well kept space. Host is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Shi shi cottage was a home away from home with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful location but close to everything. A very restful place to use as a home base while we explored Corvallis. The use of the washer and dryer was very convenient. The cottage was warmand cosy with clean linen and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

An Oasis of Calm and Beauty
My second time staying at Shishi's cottage while visiting family in Corvallis… it's a perfect combination of comfort, charm, and location. There is such a special vibe about this house, reflecting a love of art, history, meditation, and nature. I especially enjoyed wandering through the garden full of springtime beauty, and exploring the wooded creekside trails behind the house.

Great location for a OSU visit
This is a very cute 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home that fit us perfectly. The kitchen is small but has modern equipment that works well. It is comfortable and worked well for our family of 4. It is very close to the OSU campus and would work very well for OSU events or visits.

Cozy little cottage
We came to Corvallis on a girls' trip with my mom and two daughters to check out OSU. We had a great time! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and well stocked, and the location was great! It rained our whole first day, so we played some games and enjoyed a cozy movie night together. I recommend the cute, little cottage!

This is our second time staying here and we love visiting our “home away from home” in Corvallis. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. Cute Cottage
Really enjoyed our visit with family at this cozy cottage. The master bedroom was very comfortable, however the other two beds were smaller than expected. The kitchen met our needs wonderfully, and the big, beautiful yard exceeded expectations. Pleasant living & dining room with comfortable seating. I look forward to staying here again. Tip: I recommend checking in during daylight hours, as it might be challenging to find the key after dark.

Was there for the Washington vs Oregon State football game and the location was just over a mile from the stadium which was ideal seeing Ubers were not cheap. Would stay again if I ever come back to Corvallis.

Lovely visit!
This home is so charming, and the yard is beautiful. Deer visited along the back fence, and the hummingbirds were really enjoying all the flowers. The owner was nice and attentive to communicating. Quick tip! Back into the driveway for ease of getting back out.

This is a unique, older but nicely updated cottage that's just minutes from OSU and downtown Corvallis. With its abundant personal decor, original art, etc., it feels as if you're in the home of a friend who has let you stay there while they're away.

Beauty and lifetimes of love echo throughout this lovely cottage
The photos, as nice as they are, simply do not do justice to how lovely this place is. It is furnished and decorated with such great care and with a lovely eye for the whimsical, lovely, and meaningful. This is, by far, the best experience we've ever had with any kind of lodging, to include some quite expensive hotel and resort experiences. This is the perfect place to sit and chat for hours. The living room furniture is world class, as is the host.

Fantastic Stay!
