"Lovely staff and restaurant. Food and service in the restaurant was fabulous. The leisure area was lovely although half the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The walkways at night from the spa area need to be lit up as it was quite dangerous. Room was comfortable. Some shared areas look like they need refurbishment. "

"Convenient hotel in the centre of Bala, historic building which made it interesting. The room was clean and comfortable, rather warm but a fan was provided. Nice modern bathroom. Enjoyed a very good evening meal in the bar. "

"We loved the location and the rooms,we had a room overlooking the River Dee. The room looked to be clean on anrrival but around the edges was full of dust and the bathroom again just needed that little extra touch. Check in was easy and friendly. Bonus was free parking. Just unfortunate the restaurant was closed (we did know about this) Overall we would stay again."
