"Wir (kleine Familie mit einjährigem Kind) wurden herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Das Einfahren in den Hof benötigt etwas Mut und gute Kenntnisse des eigenen Fahrzeugs, es gibt aber auch kostenfreie Parkplätze die fussläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen sind. "After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
