Hotel facilities especially the swimming pool area and The Deck are great for families. We were disappointed that some staff were not very friendly but it can be difficult with the language. There were some very friendly staff also. It took some time for the hotel to organise an extra bed for us with plenty of notice which we found disappointing.

The check-in was fast and smooth. No hip cups on the process and staffs were patient in explaining the procedures. The room is very spacious and facing the pool view, staff was very kind to help to upgrade the room for us due to my friend’s birthday trip. The conceige staff Amy was very helpful in explaining the routes and advised us to take the express bus to hk instead of taking the ferry. Highly recommended to stay. The housekeeper was very detailed by cleaning our luggage’s wheel and tidy up the place very well. Ample of space for yoga too

Amazing Hotel

Really amazing hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and so attentive. They seem to have everything you could ever need in the room and the staff where very detail focussed, noticing we had a lot of shoes and had lots of charging cables so a shoe rack and cable ties arrived in an evening. The executive lounge I think is good value for money too, they say you have hors d'oeuvre and cocktails from 6pm but really it’s a buffet dinner and every type of drink. The location is very close to the strip and the Light Rail but being a separate complex (Galaxy) means it’s a bit quieter and easier when you want to step away but still have restaurants and shops available. Honestly, I think when I’m in the region again I’ll probably go for a couple of days just for the hotel. You also have access to some facilities in the Ritz Carlton, which has great restaurants and a super bar which is worth a visit. My thanks to Kayla and Celine at reception, Inga in the executive lounge, Rochelle the room attendant for making our stay so special!

Great hotel!

I arrived at Macau Airport in the middle of the night. I went to the hotel in a van that I had booked through the hotel in advance, and it wasn't difficult to reserve the van. Thanks to roselle for her help. The room was clean and spacious, and the view was nice. I had mentioned a non-smoking room in advance, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was no room to change to, so they changed me to a new room the next day. But it still smelled like cigarettes. The size of the room was the same, but the number of coffees provided in the room was small, and the type of tea was also changed to a lower grade. I stayed in the downgraded room for 3 days, paying the same amount. I went to the concierge to make a reservation for the restaurant I was planning to go to, and met roselle, who helped me make a van reservation in Korea. The restaurant was fully booked, so roselle recommended another place and it was a fantastic evening. Thanks again roselle. It was a perfect hotel except for the smell of cigarettes. I remembered this as a JW Marriate Hotel that I would like to visit again.
