15 minutes from the sandy beaches of the southern shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, in the village of Coti-Chiavari, independent VILLA, of which you will be the only occupants, not overlooked, exceptional view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the chain mountain, fully equipped with care, ready to accommodate up to 6 people in optimized comfort. Located on a plot of land, fully enclosed, access by an electric gate and private parking.
Its private swimming pool, heated, secured by alarm, out of sight, dimensions 6.50m X 3.50m, depth from 1.70m to 1.10m, with its 80m2 beach, partly sheltered and closed by a guard body in glass and aluminum, is a very popular solarium which allows to spend pleasant moments of idleness.
A large 40m2 terrace, partly covered, with a glass and aluminum railing, allows you to take all your meals in front of an exceptional panorama, day and night, overlooking the gulf and the town of Ajaccio, the village of Coti, the chain of highest peaks in the center of the island, and the marvelous sunsets plunging behind the Sanguinaires Islands.
Ideally located, allowing to go to Ajaccio, the Calanches of Piana, Cargese, the megalithic site of Filitosa, Propriano, Sarténe, Bonifacio, and all the other wonderful tourist sites of the Corsica Region. On the route of the hiking trail 'Mare e Monti Sud' connecting Porticco to Propriano.

Villa de Beaute!
Our week in Coti-Chiavari was a peaceful and beautiful end to our holiday in Corsica. From the moment we arrived, Rene made us feel relaxed and welcome, and the house was so well equipped, in fact better than any holiday home we have ever stayed at before! It made such a difference to our stay and comfort, thank you again so much. We went many times to the beach at Portgliolo, explored the southern side of the Baie d’Ajaccio and spent many hours relaxing in the sunshine around the pool. Having been to Corsica many times, we found the area and the sunsets amongst the most beautiful!

A beautiful mountain village setting with fantastic far-reaching views all over the bay
Very clean and well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The pool and both balconies make a wonderful place to while-away many hours! The village is quiet but pretty with a good restaurant. Beaches take half an hour or so to reach and the mountain road is fairly hair-raising!

Incroyable séjour avec une vue indescriptible !
La maison est parfaite et équipée comme il faut. La décoration est choisie avec goût. Le fait d’être en altitude assure une température agréable, la climatisation n’est vraiment pas nécessaire même en plein mois d’août ! Encore merci pour ce séjour !

Nous avons séjourné au mois d'août 2023 avec nos trois enfants de 13, 10 et 6 ans dans cette très agréable maison indépendante. La propreté est irréprochable et nous avons apprécié l'électroménager neuf et complet. De même, l'équipement de la maison est parfait (ustensiles de cuisine,parasol,transats...). Rien ne manque! La salle de vie est grande,spacieuse, et les chambres sont munies de placards bien pratiques. La grande terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors et de profiter de la vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio. La piscine est très agréable,munie d'un solarium bien équipé,avec toujours le panorama exceptionnel à portée de vue! Nous avons également apprécié le calme de cette maison,de part sa localisation. Il n'y a pas de climatisation,mais cela ne nous a pas semblé nécessaire grâce à la fraîcheur de la montagne. Seul bémol,la voiture est indispensable et il faut compter une bonne vingtaine de minutes pour descendre/monter de la montagne...mais on ne peut pas tout avoir : le calme,la fraîcheur,un panorama exceptionnel et tout faire à pied! René,le propriétaire, est très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute. Bref,nous vous recommandons cette location, vous ne pourrez pas être déçus!

Magnifique emplacement très calme et reposant avec une vue splendide sur le golfe d’Ajaccio et la magnifique village de Coti-Chiavary. La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien agencée et possède tous les équipements souhaités pour y passer de très détendantes et ressourçantes vacances. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Séjour avec vue imprenable sur la baie d’Ajaccio
Maison très bien située à 15’ des plages et avec de nombreuses ballades aux alentours. Maison très propre et bien entretenue, on s’y sent bien de suite et surtout … belle piscine, calme, et vue incroyable !! On a du mal à quitter la terrasse le soir pour aller se coucher tant la vue et le coucher de soleil sont incroyables ! Accueil du propriétaire très pro et petites attentions à l’arrivée très sympa. On y retourne très vite !

Très jolie maison avec très belle vue !
Si vous voulez en prendre plein les yeux sur le golfe d Ajaccio, c'est la bonne adresse ! La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et très calme. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Voiture obligatoire par contre car vous êtes à 20 mns de la plage d'argent (une des + belles plage du golfe) par une route de montagne. Une autre plage est accessible en 15 mns. M. Maillet est adorable et nous a accueillis chaleureusement.

La piscine très agréable La route pour accéder à la maison est étroite et sinueuse mais la récompense en vaut la peine: une vue juste sublime de la maison. Logement très sympa pour les amoureux du calme
Logement conforme à la description. Séjour spacieux avec un acces direct sur la terrasse. Endroit très calme et reposant. Les soirées passées à contempler le coucher de soleil sur les sanguinaires étaient agréables. Un peu éloigné de la ville mais avec une voiture, zéro souci. Propriétaire très discret et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler autour de nous de ce joli endroit.

Très belle découverte de la Corse du Sud au départ de cette superbe villa
Villa très belle et pratique répondant exactement à l’annonce. Accueil très chaleureux. Le propriétaire est très discret mais très efficace en cas de besoin. L’endroit est hyper calme et situé à 15 minutes de très belles plages. La vue que l’on a toute la journée sur la Baie d’Ajaccio et les îles Sanguinaires est juste magnifique!!!! Maison récente et confortable, décorée avec gout et très bien équipée, et surtout possédant une vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Ceci doublé d'un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de Monsieur Maillet, le propriétaire que nous remercions encore pour son gentil cadeau de départ. Bref, nous avons été avis de notre séjour malgré une météo un peu capricieuse. La seule chose à prendre peut être en compte est sa situation sur les hauteurs de Coti Chiavari. Comptez 20/25 mns pour accéder à la mer via une route assez sinueuse. Mais, assister tous les soir au spectacle quotidien de ce panorama magique d'un coucher de soleil sur les Sanguinaires vous le fera oublier.

Accès à Coti-Chiavari par une petite route un peu dégradée. Une fois arrivé, accueil sympathique par le propriétaire. Et que dire de la vue, du grand balcon, de la piscine, sur Ajaccio, sur les Sanguinaires, sur les montagnes..Le matin, de votre lit, appuyé sur la télécommande (ouverture du volet) et bénéficié de cette vue....Location calme, reposante. A 500 m d'altitude, vous avez un petit air qui coupe les ardeurs du soleil, et c'est bien agréable. Si vous êtes adepte du croissant chaud au lever, la boulangerie, les commerces ne sont pas à côté. Il suffit de prévoir. Pour notre part, nous venons de passer une semaine très agréable.
