However---be aware!!--the check-in process (at least for me) required me to leave my passport with the front desk staff for the duration of my stay. This made me very uncomfortable. "Easy hotel to locate and park. A very warm welcome from the host with all procedures well explained. This hotel has an elevator to take bags up to rooms. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean. Bathroom is a good size and works well. We slept very well and ate a lovely continental breakfast each morning with espresso coffees. We certainly enjoyed our stay and are considering a return stay. Excellent value for your Euro and a worthwhile stay. Thank you Robert. "

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Bed don't seem to have been replaced in 20 years, could feel ever spring poking into you all night. No AC so you had to keep the window open but the street was very loud. Possible cleanliness but I didn't want to look too close. "
