"The hotel was closed when we arrived 6/19/2019. They informed us that it has been closed from 6/7/2019. It was 10PM and we didn't know where else to go. Thankfully we had a patient taxi driver who took us to another hotel. "

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

They were both the sweetest and very helpful in giving recommendations and negotiating with the moto taxis. "
