"The hotel was lovely and of a good standard for what we paid and situated in the perfect location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a quiet rear room, which was quite small. However, it was sufficient for two nights stay. It offered some nice touches, such as cocktail glasses and a good selection of condements. There was no bar onsite however, they did have a 24 hour pantry which offered a small selection of snacks, drinks etc. The hotel is dog friendly, they do charge per night for your dog to stay which we did find a little steep. As part of this cost they provided a dog bed bowl and the one goodie box. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would return."

"Lovely property but very much an old building so a lot of walking to rooms, restaurant and pool areas going up and down stairs. Not ideal if you have a pram or lots of luggage. Picturesque location with a pub next door. "
