"The cottage was perfect for me, my husband and our two dogs. The cottage was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were a number of unexpected amenities such as snacks, paper towels and even a toothbrush and toothpaste, if needed. The air conditioning/heat was easy to adjust for all of the rooms. There were extensive tv programs available, as well. The feature that I absolutely loved was the fenced in front yard. With dogs, I am hesitant to walk them in a strange neighborhood at night....

The kitchen was spacious with plenty of utensils, coffee pot, etc.and a stackable laundry. Window a/c units in all rooms working properly. There is traffic noise noticeable at night because of location but a/c units blocked traffic noise also white noise machine in bedroom. Five Units together on one enormous lot. "The town of Summerville is a perfect getaway and the Cottage was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The Cottage is small, but not too small. We found it to be perfect for us. It was by far the cleanest ABNB that we have stayed in. They owners are doing a little work around the property, but that did not detract from the experience. One earlier post mentioned the train that goes through town; we did here it, but it was not a bother. Great for couples and we plan to return."
