"Overall our stay was good. The

was lovely and warm and quiet. The breakfast was nice and the lady who served us breakfast was lovely. The evening meal was nice too. But we were really disappointed by the cleanliness of our room, we found half eaten biscuits down the back of the bed, a half eaten open packet of biscuits in one of the coffee cups, the carpet which my 7 month old was crawling appeared to have not been hoovered at all and my 7 year old daughter found a photo that had been taken...

"Very easy to get to and ample parking, lovely gardens as expected for a golf hotel. Booked through Expedia and all correspondence through Expedia, replied to a message received asking for any room request- asked for a message to be left for our son in the room- this was not actioned. Also room towels and cups only set up for 2 instead of 4 and there was no mini bar in the room as offered, however this was quickly rectified by reception staff and a good will drink offered.
