Great Accommodation on the White River
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House has everything needed. Room for boat parking in the covered driveway is a big plus. Convenient to Wild Cat Boat Launch and Gassville. Outdoor area is great. Will stay here again.

Brought in-laws to visit friends in Mt Home and a chance to fish for trout. Did not disappoint, so much to love about the location and house. The view was stunning and the deck with a fire pit was top notch. Host was attentive and helpful, thanks Charlie for a wonderful week.

Perfect weekend get away!
A few of us wanted to get away for a long weekend fishing trip on the White River and this house was perfect! The house was clean and cozy and has everything you need. We made bonfires and enjoyed the beautiful views. We also loved our fishing experience just a quick walk down the road at the Rainbow Drive Resort! We would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Short getaway
Brought my sons done to fish for a couple of days. Great spot right on the river. My sons caught a few right in back of the house wading out a little ways. Sat on the inclosed porch at night, I don think I could have asked for anything more. I would stay there again if I ever get to come down and fish again.

Our new favorite place on the White River!
This house and the outside seating are amazing. We spent our entire stay outside. The screened in porch was very nice, the stone patio with the fire pit, and seating by the river all had amazing views. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to stay and cook a few meals. We've stayed on the white river for 50+ years, this is our new favorite place. We'll be back soon!

Awesome stay at Tailwater!
We loved this bnb so much that we chose to return with the family for a second trip! If you’re even thinking about staying here DO IT! They include everything and more to make your stay as stress free as possible! It truly is a relaxing and memorable experience. The view from the back porch is absolutely stunning and the fire pit makes for some good stories with the family! Our family will be returning here again and again anytime we choose to stay in the Cotter area, it is so worth it!

Relaxing time!
Family and friends fishing trip to the White and Norfork River. It was cold during our stay here and the generators were running so the fishing wasn't as great as times before but the homeowners have thought of everything you could need for a relaxing time whether the fish or biting or not. The owners are super work with and make the whole process so easy. We'll definitely be back!!!

Fantastic
This house was the most fully "equipped" house we've ever stayed in, everything you thought about was available. Only rental we've stayed in that had two comfy reclining chairs. Screened in back porch was awesome and the views of the lake were so relaxing and peaceful. Host was very attentive but not intrusive. Neighborhood was great, no wild parties. Wished we had booked it for a longer stay; will definitely try it again in the future.

Relax by the River at this great property
We so enjoyed our time at Tailwater. The house was the perfect size for our family. It was also very clean and well stocked and comfortable beds. The highlight though was the outside spaces including the screened in porch. We spent most of our time outside by the river or listening to the relaxing sounds of the river at night on the porch. The location of this house is perfect for short day trips to the surrounding areas like Bull Shoals, Cotter and Mountain Home. We can't wait to return to Tailwater for another relaxing time away.

Weekend fishing
This property was everything we could've asked for! The property manager let me know everything I needed to know before I got there and even had it cleaned early so we could check in early. Super customer service! The area is fantastic, out of the way so there wasn't a ton of people. I'm sure it's busier when the weather is nicer. Tailwater had everything we could've hoped for in a vacation place. Every detail was covered so I didn't even have any questions. The family went wade fishing in the river (in February that's a little cold) and caught some nice fish. Over all it was a great place to stay and we had trouble leaving and coming back to real life. But we will definitely be back!
