My daughter had a fabulous time, especially at the water park! The restaurant prices, however, were outrageously expensive. Have Starbucks for breakfast, share lunch and then you can have a nice dinner. Check your room charges daily. They are notorious for erroneously charging your room and it takes several days for the amount to get credited back to your account.

The location is good. The food was good as well. The staff in the restaurants did an excellent job. Housekeeping was late on cleaning the room even after sending multiple messages snd calling the front desk. The front desk staff were standoffish and not helpful. The resort could use some painting as well and some refurbishing.

We paid for the lapis suite at the Cove. The service there was great; however our housekeeping service was not. We had dirty extra blankets and a dirty robe. One day we left sand on a chair to see if it would be cleaned or vacuumed up and it was not. We were thankful to pay for the lapis suites as they served breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The restaurants were all very pricey and we weren’t impressed with the meals. We ended up doing almost all our meals on the suite level so that we weren’t paying $75-100 for meals that we weren’t impressed with. In addition, on the plane ride home we met a couple who wanted to check out the Atlantis to see if they should stay there in the future. The Atlantis wanted $250/person for a day pass. We definitely will not return there.
