"Our room wasn’t ready as they were short staffed but that didn’t matter to us since we were meeting our granddaughter and weren’t going to stay right away, just checking in. Our bed was so comfortable that I slept the entire night which is something I hadn’t done in a long time. Breakfast was adequate as most free hotel breakfasts go. "

"We had the red panda experience booked at the good zoo, and decided to stay at the resort after. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the receptionist that checked us in even gave us a free breakfast! The facilities were clean and easy to navigate, and the indoor pool was clean and a pleasant way to wind down after our day! Will definitely be back to do some golfing on at least 1 of the many courses there! "

"The area around the property looked industrial. Self parking was a city block away in a parking garage and cost $15/night. About a brisk 3 minute walk. Valet was $24/night. Slow drain in the sink and lights out around the mirror were fixed when reported. The hamburger in their restaurant was very good, but you could not charge that to your room."

"The check in was seamless as was the valet. Property is a historic one but nicely and simply modified.. The room is a nice size and clean. Nothing too fancy and I think less luxurious than we thought but it has a certain simplistic charm to it. I wouldn’t pay $225 a night for it again, but it’s a nice property."

We were told by other guest and the restaurant on the premises (The White Horse Tavern) wasn't told about the water and served use tap water. That was a bit concerning.
