"The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. "The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"

"We booked the unit the day before arrival and Gabriella was very welcoming and responsive. The unit is as advertised, in a great location, especially if you are in town for the car factory tours. She even noticed it was my birthday on the passport and gave me a nice gift. I highly recommend Gabriella and this unit. "

There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in. "We chose this because it was right next to the train station. That way we were able to just dump our bags and then go and explore Parma. The next day we did a really great tour for cheese, ham and vinegar in the area. They allow us to keep our bags there all day, which is so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.
