"The staff & manager are very kind & accommodating. My Cabin rooms smelled musty so they moved me to smaller but beautiful room & refunded partially. They make hot Breakfast that is incredible- but ends at 9:30 a.m., so don't miss it. I left my bags in managers office to do museums and they helped me carry them to my Uber when I left. I've stayed here twice and love it. My kiddo stayed here last time & loved it too. Very nice neighborhood for strolling- close to beautiful park & Frida Kahlo...

"As stated by other reviewers, check-in could be hassle since this is a small casa and one person manages everything from cleaning/prep/checking in etc. If the person is not responding, just wait since the person might be on a quick errand or in the bath, etc. The entrance doesn't have a proper sign or address number. Once checked-in, everything was smooth. Common area has a full kitchen where we could do a serious cooking. We had the two-room suite which was awkward to have the second room...

"It was a wonderful stay and everything about it was great- from the friendly and helpful agent, Ale, and the chef, whose breakfasts were fresh and delicious- it was perfect, except that we were a bit lost on arrival, as there was no signage in front of the building, but Ale said they will replace the sign soon!
