Great place to stay. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant on top of the hotel is good enough you will not have to go anywhere else unless you want to.

This is a terrific place, if you don't mind a little street noise for about 18 hours a day. With gorgeous grounds and a nice location, it would be wonderful to always have the windows open facing the sea, but motorcycles, trucks and loud vehicles can often be heard. Making up for that is a beautiful and well-staffed rooftop restaurant and excellent staff always ready to grab beach towels or offer directions. Breakfast is very good, as well, and the breakfast servers are excellent.

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere. We love it and have stayed there twice. The roof top restaurant is excellent, both the view, staff and food. Nice outside garden area with nice pool. We hope we can come back again! Would highly recommend.

My 16-year-old son and I stayed in March while on a scuba diving trip. The front desk staff were terrific. The room was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The rooftop restaurant was very convenient. We loved the convenience store downstairs, too. Very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

the staff was super helpful and friendly, they answered every question and tried to make our stay enjoyable. The room was terrific, almost luxurious, also the bath products, we loved them... I just feel it was little dark lighting (that is something that I have seen in other places I don't like it, but that is my preference). We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof, great view there and food was delicious. The pool as well, very nice :). The location is very convenient as well as it is near the center of Cozumel. The beach was great as well, we saw many fishes. Definitely a great place to stay and enjoy Cozumel. ♥

Rooms of a good size with nice view to the ocean, though across the street. Very clean and plenty of space including mini kitchen like-area (microwave, coffee maker) with dishes. Unfortunately, the street traffic was non-stop and the double glazed doors weren't quite sufficient to block the noise out and the neighbors (diving shop) started being noisy quite early. Hotel did add a white moise machine to the bed and together with ear plugs all was quite manageable. But for sensitive folks, be aware of it. Overall good location close enough to still walk to town but far enough from the hustle of the cruise ships. Nice choice if you want to avoid the big resorts.

Was upgraded to king size bed room for 3 nights: spacious, comfortable firm bed, nice sunset ocean view, nice breeze through room, AC worked well, reasonably priced stocked mini fridge, microwave. 2 nights in 2 full beds room: same except awkward bathroom door. Great location for diving: next to Scuba Mau (excellent diving experience) & bodega. Sunset bar 5 minute walk. Need car or use taxis. Great included breakfast at Serena on hotel top floor.

We really enjoyed our stay.. check the mini fridge on arrival.. we didn’t pay attention to it except a half eaten cookie and several things were missing that they were gonna charge me for. Luckily they believed me when I told him we didn’t eat or drink anything from it.
