The property was lovely. We had a lovely room.

I loved the convience of the hotel. The room was adequate for purpose but was definately lacking in some areeas. For example, we had no control over the temperature of our room and found the evenings and early mornings hard. We could only open one window as the others had been painted shut. The bathroom/shower was clean but very small, but functional. Although we were given a convenient room, there were alot of stair. When i asked staff if there was a lift as i have mobility issues, my request fell on deaf ears and was told " its just at the tip of rhe stairs." Room at first glance was clean, but when i lay down to sleep the light reflected sooo many cobwebs on the ceiling. I was unable to sleep on the first night. After a few attempts of asking for tbem to be cleared, a lovely lady came to my aid and removed them on the second evening (absolute angel) as the cleaning staff had not followed through on the task. Footfall was heavy in mate evening and forat thing in the morning so if you're looking for sleep in's and early nights request a room away from the stairs and reception area. On a whole we had a lovely stay and met some lovely people and were relatively comfortable. Just a few things let the hotel down.

Best place to stay in Liverpool!! Exceeded all my expectations, the staff is fantastic, friendly and welcoming and very helpful!

Room was so so not the best no hot water one morning Wardrobe was a bit of a joke but food was very good along with service
