"Hotel is clean and conveniently located near Lake Geneva. It is also very close to the UN. The staff is very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping to bar/restaurant. I had an extended stay and can say that all of the staff that works different times of day/week is amazing. Michael at the bar was excellent and does an amazing job with customer service. The only thing I would say about this hotel that is negative is the exercise room. I partly chose tho a hotel because it has a dedicated exercise room. Unfortunately it is dated and lacks sanitizing wipes for equipment. However it is very clean. It could use new dumbbells and more than 10kg on the dumbbell side. Other equipment is also dated but included: stationary bike, rower, universal machine, treadmill, dumbbells, and some other type of machine. The good news is that if you’re into fitness and running you can join the many runners that run around Lake Geneva over lunchtime. "
