"Adrian, the Valet, was outstanding. He was very friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job assisting us in parking our car and helping us with our luggage two times to and from our room. Still have a hard time believing that the Hilton still does not have a functioning phone system. We have stayed there several times over the past several months and there has every time been the issue of no phone service in the rooms. Poor!!!"

"The Quality Inn Beachfront Galveston perfectly met our needs for a room for one night. Although the beds could stand to be upgraded, everything else was well maintained. Included breakfast was standard motel fare on par with most motels. We had booked three rooms, but one of the reservations didn't make it to the hotel computers. The lady at the desk quickly corrected that and changed our rooms so that we were all nearby, and on the same floor. Overall, we would return."
