Staff very helpful and the area was great.
I am sure I am not the first to say this, but the problem with the fire alarm going on every night we were there was incredibly frustrating. I sincerely hope it has been solved since.

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

The relaxation pools were a nice feature. The rest of the property was clean and in good condition. The room was clean, with a reasonably comfortable bed. The neighbourhood was central and very convenient for getting to several popular spots.
