Taylor II House, ocean view, close to everything

Taylor II House. I am Taylor House younger but larger sister, fully renovated and adequate vacation rental. All the improvements are designed to assure a great stay. Amazing location in front of the Brother Jonathan Park playground and basketball court. Just across the park is a viewpoint where you can enjoy the ocean, the lighthouse and beautiful sunsets. Like my sister I am five minutes to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, hardware stores, etc., 15 minutes to the redwood national and state parks, (Jedediah Smith and a stout Grove) and the Oregon border.
All rooms are spacious, 2000 sq ft.² living space, very comfortable living room with 55 inches TV, cable, Roku, free Wi-Fi and Electric fireplace.
A dedicated space with two desks, bookshelf and table with chairs, that can be used as an office, homeschooling, play games, etc.
Large gourmet kitchen, brand new energy efficient appliances, granite countertops, fully equipped to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals.
Large dining table for eight people, sliding door to the deck from the dining room.
Properly ventilated full-size laundry room, Energy efficient washer and dryer in a sink with a medicine cabinet.
Bedrooms:
#1 Master bedroom, king size bed with en suite bathroom, granite countertop, two sinks, spa shower, walking closet, 45 inch TV, a sliding glass door to the deck.
#2 bedroom, spacious with Cal King bed and closet.
#3 Bedroom with Cal King bed in large closet.
The second bathroom is very spacious and beautiful with granite countertop.
All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room have an electric heater with their own digital thermostat.
My deck is large and beautiful with a large table and comfortable chairs and a built-in bench where you can enjoy your barbecues.
All fenced Patio.
Off street parking for two cars + free street parking.

Only a couple blocks to the beach. The house looks pretty basic from the outside, but very nicely updated throughout the inside and surprisingly big. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this well thought out and comfortable property. I want to thank the host for making such home away from home available for people to rent, as it was our sanctuary on the rainy/drizzly days and our peace after long days of hiking through the Redwoods or just general driving around site seeing. There were all kinds of little extras that made our stay here absolutely perfect. The ocean is SHORT walk away and it was lovely going to our car in the morning to have the sounds and feel of the Pacific greet you. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

It was just what we needed and a good base for all our activities. The four stars were because two of the beds were not that comfortable and friends that were with us complained that maybe the mattresses needed turning. Other than that all was good! Kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and linens

Very convenient to so many areas. Quite and clean. Nice neighbors.

Nice place. Would come back. A couple of suggestions: a pair of scissors, baggies, kleenex. Also if there is a tsunami warning 2 days before our stay, and you are that close to ocean, a quick email stating everything was okay would have been nice.
