"This unusual property has been sensitively renovated to preserve a wealth of original features. The light touch gives visitors a chance to glimpse what life might have been like when it was used as a farm house for the chateau. While very close to Cordes, the setting, beside fields and in amongst trees, makes it a very peaceful location. During our stay many bats, stars and a few meteors were seen in the night sky. "Beautifully decorated and absolutely clean. The breakfast was good. The only fault that I can point out would be that the coffee was very weak and not at all plentiful. No milk or cream was offered. Our host was quite pleasant if not engaging. "
