We stayed for two nights at Old Town Inn and it was a wonderful experience. The room and the bathroom were clean and immaculate. We loved their morning breakfast which included bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal and coffee. The best part was the warm, delicious cookies that they baked everyday at 3:30 p.m. My kids absolutely loved the cookies. And the owner was very warm, welcoming and shared some tips on hiking. Overall a very nice place which is conveniently located so close to the downtown in Crested Butte.

Great hosts.
The room was comfortable. The staff was great. Continental Breakfast offerings and hard boiled eggs were better than most. Would choose to stay here again.

Be aware that “standard queen” rooms have a very limited number of electrical outlets. (I do not know about other rooms.) The room we were in had two outlets - one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. The one in the bedroom was a single outlet with a bedside lamp plugged into it, and a piece of metal held the outlet in the wall while covering the other portion of that duplex outlet and making it unusable.

Great place for an overnight stay in the town of Crested Butte. Town is walkable. We visited in the off season so many things were closed but plenty of shopping and restaurants. Some aspects of the property are dated but it's clean and comfortable. Bonus fresh cookies in the afternoon!

We were forced to find a new property to stay in since the grand Lodge could not meet our needs. The staff here wonderfully friendly and very accommodating to our particular needs. This lodge was close to the shuttle and everything that you need to see and visit crested Butte, the staff even gave us directions on how to find a place to hike. We will definitely stay here again. The property is a bit worn, but it was clean and the staff made it perfect
